As a reminder, the draw will be taking place soon and our records indicate that your credit card was used to apply online for one or more big game applications. If you are drawn for any of the species you applied for, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the tag. Failure to have a valid credit/debit card number on file at the time of the Drawing will result in your application being rejected (regardless of posted results). If you have applied for multiple species and you need to update your payment information, be sure to update your payment information for each species. Gateway timeout failure something or other was the message. The credit info was changed but I am not sure if it verified. Seems like the system is acting up already. Swivelhead Report post Posted March 10, 2014 Looks as though New Mexico is going to have to move their application deadline to early March if they want to keep maximizing the take from AZ applicants. Likely, when NM picked the 3/19 date they had not considered the CC hits that come prior to draw results actually posting. Bet the NM deadline will be 3/1 within a year or two. Good luck in the draw. My new card is good to go, but the AZGFD website is timing out and not letting me update my information. If I lose my loyalty points or don't get drawn cause their system is messed up I'm gonna be furious. I was all for the online draw until I ran into this SNAFU. Anyways......there is a fix in this year's draw: "once the draw takes place, and iF you are successfully drawn, the department will charge the credit or debit card you have on file for the permit fee. if payment fails, the department will make three attempts within two busi- ness days to contact you and notify you that payment has been de- clined. You will then be afforded a means of providing alternative payment within a specified timeframe. if the department has not received an alternate payment at the end of that specified time- frame, applicants will be rejected." 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

cohofishing Report post Posted March 10, 2014 I tried to get through to the game and fish office in Phoenix. I hoping to get some info on the "update your credit card" fiasco that started yesterday.
