trufletch Report post Posted July 17, 2004 I was wondering if a backer of USO would show up- Buster, people like you and the USO crowd are human sponges- think you have a right to everything and should have to give nothing in return. The people that live hunt and breath in the state dump more money into the economy and help the conservation in this state more than you would ever know. Your right, we are passionate about coues, but this just shows how much we care about the whole system. When's the last time you carried garbage sacks while scouting or hunting to pickup the garbage thats left by others?-guaranteed-never- Your financial and written backings of groups like USO show what kind of person you really are. Probably never hunted a hard day in your life- Payed Sponges like USO to do the work for you. You probably hunt with aircraft and conduct motorized roundups. -real sportsmen each of you. Calling USO a guide service does a disservice to the hard-working guide outfits that are out there. USO may have won a battle but this thing is far from over. Judges rulings get overturned all the time and who knows, maybe this state can come up with a system that works for the blue collar hunter and keeps people like you out. You definately have more money than common sense. Your true ignorance of the issue has shown through. Trufletch
deserthunter23 Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Buster, glad you could join us,or if like the rest of the cut and runs, you probably dont have the guts to return.if you can read ?many of us are avid hunters and love YES LOVE(hard concept for you Im sure)ALL the wildlife in Arizona ,and yes the whole country, problem is you just dont get it.Im ok with having my brothers from other states get the lions share of tags in THEIR states,I apply for tags there also, believe it not for more than just coues.(have you ever done anything for wildlife besides poach off of others ),just curious, trying to keep this civil, but hard to with guys like you.anyway,am drifting,I abide by the rules and ethics(hard word for you ? ) of said states and respect thier systems.I guess its hard for you to understand passion for this ,try taking the silver spoon out of your mouth and if shown maybe could learn that real hunting doesnt involve money grubbing guides like USO,its not just about tags ,its about how you jerks approach the whole concept of hunting.I would say your ethics lack, but I dont think you people have any to start with.Steve
Guest Buster Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Mr. trufletch, Why do you automatically assume that people with $$$ are evil and unethical? Why is that? I really wanna know. I am a working man and hunt public land, alone. I sweat, suffer, bleed, pack out my own game, same as any other hard-core, dedicated hunter. No aircraft, four-wheelers, or game roundups for me. I do this all by my lonesome. I have never hired a guide (although I would definitely consider hiring Lark Hubbard since he is a mean, nasty, tired, opinionated, bada$$ sob like me, we might gettalong well!) I have never met George Taulman. I hunt in Arizona almost every year (this year, I have a MUCH GREATER chance, thanks to George!) I spend many $$$ in Arizona on my hunts for motels, gas, food, and gear. My $$$ are spent in the small Arizona towns that depend on hunting for a portion of their income. FYI, I did not back USO. I backed the cause. That is the point that most of you are missing. This is not about George or USO, it is about FAIRNESS. One bright, sunny, day, all applications will be considered EQUAL and all hunters will be considered EQUAL AMERICANS in all states. Buster PS-I still don't get why dirty, stinkin', stupid, CARP went from being a LOSER deer to being the most important animal to Arizona residents and CW regulars??? Guest Buster Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Mr. deserthunter23, Read my message to Mr. trufletch. It applies to your message as well (you typed quicker than I could). Buster
deserthunter23 Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Thanks for responding Buster,I take back the silver spoon and money if you are really the hard working guy you say you are.everyone has the right to their own opinion, you should be proud that your is so unique to any of us that live here.as for your deer comment ,you are either just trying to stir people up or as uninformed about that as you seem to be misguided in your stance on this issue.if thses words are to big let me know.dont want to confuse you anymore than you already are.Steve
bullwidgeon Report post Posted July 17, 2004 The only thing I like shooting as much as elk and bears is coues deer. For all, I know there are no carp North of the Colorado, never been there, never put in there, never plan to. In fact they could eradicate every carp north of I-40 and I would never know. Elk are important to me, and I am sure some other Joker will challenge the Antelope and Sheep 10% rule next year and we will have to deal with this again. That is probably why you see a massive outcry from everyone here. Buster, I think what Taulman did is open a can of worms that could potentially lead to NR fees in this state and in all other Western states very similiar to Indian Reservations. Who does that help? The average guy like you or me? If you have the money floating around I highly suggest you look into a San Carlos or WMAT elk tag, I hear they have some good ones there, I know they have some of the best elk country in this state and you wouldn't have to compete with any of the local rednecks out drinking beer and shooting squirells, grouse and band tailed pigeons in your unit on your trophy bull hunt. Me being a regular guy and all will have to save a few more years before I can flop down the $20K. Bret M.
Guest Guest_ARIZONA GUIDE Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Buster Thank you for joining in and making this fun. We can always count on someone to heat up the pot a bit. As far as me ever wanting to go to utah and new mexico to try and get a 400 class bull elk. Try to remember why you come to Arizona to hunt Elk OK. That is why I don't hunt in any other state. I have become a pro at finding world class deer and elk in my own state. I am sure you have too. I had a chance to hunt Elk this year in new mexico I passed on it. I have chances all the time to hunt deer in some of utahs best, I pass on it. You see Arizona has all I need Right here for me. I am glad it has what you want to because you see you will have to want to hunt here bad to pay the price in the future. Not only that but I am a guide and yes I do make money from people that need some help to make a dream come true. this will put a bad taste in the mouth of our good old Arizona boys towords us home state guides. that makes me sad because I dont make a living doing it. Infact if I was just a guide you would be looking at one starving fool. All I can say is I hope it all turns out the best for us that put up with the heat all year long to live in what is obviously the best state in the USA. I truly hope that the things I hear about some of the other Arizona outfitters suporting this choice is not true. I would gladly never Guide again if it would make a change. az4life Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Buster I have read your posts and would like to urge you to go seek professional medical help... SOON. That brain tumor is obviously clouding your judgement. (Maybe it is not a brain tumor but rather a hemhoroid.) Your obvious medical and mental problems aside, your point about opening up all the states to hunters everywhere on equal footing is pure hogwash. Your real intentions are Veiled behind a thinly woven fabric of half truths and pie in the sky fantasy liberal ideals. In your world, all is right when you can get whatever you want as longa s you have the cash to pay for it. You may not be the richest guy on the block but you are certainly the one that would support socialism with you in the ruling class. Reading your tripe, One famous liberal line comes to mind. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one, or the few" A version of This quote is being passed around by the leftists and socialists everywhere. Individual rights are swept away in your eutopia where you not only have the money, but you as a ruling class elitest have all the rights. The regular posters here believe mostly that the individual rights for states and their residents cannot and must not be usurped by the federal govenment. The fact that we vigorously defend the state and all the wildlife as that belonging to the stqate should make that quite apparent. Most of us would agree, It is not wise to let a thief into your living room and feel secure just because your really valuable items are in the bedroom. Most Out of state residents EXPECT to have less chances and pay more BECAUSE THEY LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! You should think about that and the next time your inclined to finacially support a cause, save your money and use it on a good cause. You deserve a shrink today so get up and go away to the phsyc ward...!

Guest Ernesto C Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Buster if you want all americans to be equal, can you please give me some of your $$$$ so I can be equal to you?? You must understand that no everybody has the $$$$ money to travel out of state, pay for gas, tags, food etc etc. And there is nothing you or I can do about it,sure I will like to hunt Utah,Idaho,Texas,Washington etc etc. but I dont need to,I dont have to. We are happy and we appreciate what we have, but what if if what we have is stolen from us?? Do you understand why we are not happy about this?? Will you be happy if some body steal what you have?? You mentioned you do not back USO you only supported his cause, what is the difference?? Do you think we like his cause?? You should be happy with what you have is given to you by the Lord, talking about the Lord, may he bless you and I hope I'm not offending you, remember is your "opinion" the one I'm judging not you. God Bless. Ernesto Cibrian.
Guest Buster Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Mr. az4life, No hidden agenda for me. I am a 100-percent, card-carrying member of the WYSIWYG club. WYSIWYG=what you see is what you get. Absolutely no leftism here nor any hint of socialism. No thinly woven fabric here, I am bare-a$$ naked! Also no brain tumors here, except when I waste time thinking that I am an EQUAL AMERICAN to Arizona residents. You guys are certainly proud of yourselves. I can't even imagine the hypocrisy, heartbreak, anger, and disappointment felt in going to Iraq to get my legs blown off for you guys. You guys seem to think that you are superior to everybody else on this planet. Is this attitude taught at ASU or something??? I just don't get it. Still haven't heard from Lark tonite, is he out tryin' to drum up guiding business from nonres rich guys??? Wouldn't surprise me. Still haven't received a response to my question about the "Coues deer=superior deer, mule deer=CARP before last Tuesday" to "mule deer=first rate deer today" issue. Can you CW guys say "double standard"? Looks like I will send George another donation, so he can go after your precious pronghorn, sheep, and buffalo tags. COUESAZ Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Go ahead and send away please. Like I said above you will be the one spending more money every year to hunt in our great state. I am sure that the USO will give you a big fat discount for it to. Don't be fooled by him As the non res price goes up so will his. So go right ahead and send your money that you don't have. my price to hunt will be the same next year and so will my guide fee that I pay each year. I will still be able to chase our beloved coues bucks and mule deer around with my bow for the same price if I don't get drawn. But then again I am sure it will be unfair for us to hunt for cheaper than you in our own state too.If you wanted life to be fair you should have stayed in sudayschool. I also hope you get the chance to hunt with USO if you do make sure you pay the top price or you may get the guide that has never even seen an elk.
Guest Buster who the he!! are Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Just couldn't stand the fact how queer Buster (Mrs. Az 4Life) is talking on this forum. Was wondering if you are part of the USO or if your head is just fuc*** up! Maybe it's a brain tumor, or rather a hemoroid. Is that all ya got. Our 10% cap is set not only for residents benefits but also so Arizona doesn't have to deal with someone like you getting our tags each year. We don't like to travel to other States, it's not equal, what trophy quality have they set up for us. none. Grow some 400 plus monster bulls and a few record muleys wouldn't hurt, before we consider removing your cap. Oh yeah I don't care to see a story you think of, because it's all for yourself just like the USO is and it's full of bullshit.
Guest Buster Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Sounds like some of you have had waaaaaaaay too much hooch tonite. I still want to know why a hunter who has $$$ is a dirty son-of-a-beech around these parts??? Anybody??? Please explain!!! No Lord in my life Ernesto, only hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and FAIRNESS. Oh, and I am an AMERICAN, too. That is the most important thing here. Where is Lark?? 300 wsm Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Buster to answer your question I like mule deer just as much as coues deer, and I also love elk. I also think that you are a pile of shoot. I would like to meet up with you and teach you some manners boy. That also goes for any USO guide that I catch, how are you gonna guide or hunt after I choke you out and break your arm. I know you were looking for some one to get a rise out of so here I am butt hole. Grow some balls and come to Arizona and say that bullshit to our face punk.
