SNEEKEE1 Report post Posted March 3, 2014 I went a few years back right after the fire n there was no fish in there but had a buddy that went new years n sent me some pics of him with trout said it was the black river not sure if he was right or not but if you find something out keep us posted please. CouesPursuit Report post Posted March 3, 2014 I have taken a few years off since the wallow fire but I know the smallmouth portions of the river were producing quantity last May, not the quality it was known for though.
