2LuckyHunters Report post Posted March 3, 2014 Has anyone had a skull of your animals dipped in camo or other patterns?Who does a good job? It looks like an interesting process and outcome. I had one of my javelina skulls dipped. I love the result! I had them leave the teeth white. (Some places dip the whole thing.) My taxidermist went thru a place in Louisiana. The web page is camodip.com There are places here in Az though. BeastMode Hydrographics is one I know of.

CouesWhitetail Report post Posted March 3, 2014 Call Cole at CMC Skullworks. He doesn't show pics of dipped skulls on his site, but he was displaying some really nice ones at the Tucson SCI banquet last spring. CMC skullworks is a longtime sponsor here and does great work. Give him a call and ask about dipping. http://www.cmcskullworks.com/index.html
cessna Report post Posted March 4, 2014 Thanks Amanda, Cole just received a javelina skull from me for cleaning. I hear he does good work. Also I want to support our sponsors whenever possible.
PatrickJr Report post Posted March 4, 2014 Cole does that best work on skulls I have ever seen, boiling a skull leaves them yellowish, but the process that Cole uses results in a (not exaggerating) pure white skull. he has my deer and I will post pics of it when I get it back in the next week or so

cessna Report post Posted June 5, 2014 Does anyone know the general length of time for a skull by Skullworks?
CouesWhitetail Report post Posted June 5, 2014 Cessna, I would call Cole and ask him. From what I know, javelina skulls have to be degreased and it can take much longer than a deer skull. Amanda
