Plenty of great bear hunting information from calling, spot and stalk, sitting water, and running hounds. Lots of them from unit 23 as well. Big Browns Report post Posted February 27, 2014 Glass, call, glass, call, glass & call. Do that in as many spots as possible and you will find Bears. If you kill a Bear in August, make sure you don't leave it overnight. The hide and meat woll most likely spoil! It was a slaughter fest in 23 south, which closed opening weekend for the first two and maybe all three of OTC fall bear hunts in that unit if my memory serves me correct!
