MRL1984 Report post Posted February 21, 2014 Since my wife took over my Sig P232, I have been a bit lost on a primary carry piece. I just acquired a Springfield 1911 compact to fill the role though. For open carry its a Sig P220. It's about the only pistol that I haven't had the itch to replace with something else. I vote shoot what you want and see if its what you want to put in your holster. sherman Report post Posted February 22, 2014 I carry a rock Island 1911A because my wife wanted an ultra carry 2 her gun has like 3.5 or 4 inch barrel and will out shot most full sized guns.
