PatrickJr Report post Posted February 17, 2014 Does anyone know what permit/ tag you must have to bring back a fox/coyote back from Mexico? or birds like the Elegant quail? I asked the customs agent at the border and he had no idea! and he was the guy that confiscated my buddies cape because we didn't freeze it, then thaw it. thanks the photo is an Elegant quail I got on my trail cam.
