So go set up on the trail and call, just watch out for the hippie hikers who will walk up on you and start screwing with you. If you have your legal lion hunting permits and you are actively hunting, then you are exempt from the closure. This information is directly from AGFD and they have cleared it with the USFS. There is an exemption clause in that closure and your lion hunting permit allows you to be exempt. If you read that link that Lance posted you can find the exemption paragraph. Or just wanted to jump in after reading her comment and say something as if you have known you could hunt there the whole time?
