Online draw phone number needed please!!!

I tried submitting my apps this eve, ended up with an error message for my first attempt at antelope. Tried it again from the start and got a success including a confirmation number, so that went through. Then when I tried elk it did the same thing so I tried again, same and again. Same. Never got a confirmation number for that one. So u double checked my online cc info and I've gotten hit 4 times for the app fee. No bueno. I will call game and fish ASAP in am, but last time I had a question they turned me over to a third party which had a different phone number. Anyone out there have that number so I could save the inevitable 2 hour wait on the phone at game and fish?

Not sure if you were using a iPad or iPhone but apparently it doesn't like those,this was noted in a email earlier today from AZGFD.I had the same problem when trying to submit with my iPad,so I went and and got my daughters windows laptop from her room and tried it, and it went threw no problems. Now I just hope I wasn't double-triple charged Good luck hope this helps ........

until you submit an app and they reject it cause they said you didnt fill out the first hunt choice. haha im still laughing about that one. after that i started making copies of my applications. but now i do it all online a week before the deadline to avoid these problems.

Same thing happened to my dad and brother. They got charged like 5 times each species because it kept saying try again. It's gonna be a mess tomorrow. You'll never get through on the phone. Now they have to refund people all the extra charges and decide if they actually got put in or not. Gonna push back results for everyone. Why doesn't our worthless G&F take some of that extra 6 million were giving them due to price increases and make a site that functions? This crap happens year after year. .

I got up at 2:00am and tried it again. Went through!!! I've got a confirmation number for elk and antelope so I'm golden. They did charge me the $15 five times so I hope they don't pull me out of the draw, but I atleast got confirmation codes for both so I can get my pts reinstated and my loyalty pt back if they gives grief.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing! The phone has been busy of course. I'm not as much worried about getting credited back the cost of the extra apps I just don't want to get kicked out of the draw for having them bill me to many times!! Atleast we have confirmation codes to back us up. Let me know if you find out!

they will probably be canceled by the bank. if they do then game and fish will try again in a couple of days. you have your confirmation so you will be ok. game and fish told me to wait atleast 15 minutes between applications so it doesnt happen again.

yep I got hit 5 times as well, maybe one day they will take all that extra money they rape us for and "GIVE BACK" to bettering there system.Or just go completely back to paper I'm ok with that, but if you are going too offer a online system.Weather its theirs or a sub contracting company it dam sure better work no excuses... something happens every year and yet they pull a new excuse out of there butt,and it's us sportsman that always get the short end ...... end vent ......urrrrrrr
