jonesface Report post Posted February 11, 2014 We recently got a brittany pup. She just turned 12 weeks old and she has picked up quail hunting quickly. I've been working with her everyday and it is amazing to watch her at such a young age find quail that I have hidden in the backyard. She points good but needs a little more work on giving me back the bird. Well I took her out for her first quail hunt this past weekend and she was phenomenal! The gun didn't spook her, she found downed birds and she pointed like a champ. I'm just in shock at such a young age how well she is doing. Here are some pics of this past weekend.
