Question for Amanda or others familiar with Boyce Thompson

just finished "Thanks for Tuning In" by Richard Ruelas. the last chapter details how Wall-boy planted a tree at the arboretum in honor of Ladmo.

 

question is-that must be one goofy lookin' tree huh?!?

 

maybe we could have a memorial some day. Hubb Cap and the Wheels could play with Alice Cooper.

sorry, I am not familiar with the book or the people you mentioned....so I am not sure what tree it would be....I will ask my husband if he knows anything about it.

Wallace and Ladmo many of us "ancients" know but you might be hard pressed to find anybody in this generation who know who they are. Good Luck in your search maybe you could get Sky King to fly the area.

well to all you old folk at 19 yrs old i know who wallace and ladmo is! they put on a show when i was around 10 or 11 i think, but i could have been quite a bit younger... at the mesa arts center, i went with my dad and i won a bag! but i gave it to him because he never won one in his younger days and it didnt have much meaning to me. Ill have to see if i can find it and post a pic of it on here!
