PatrickJr Report post Posted February 14, 2014 Depending on where you live, go to the walmarts around your area and ask the gun counter if they normally get ammo shipments everyday. if so ask when the shipments get there in the morning . then plan on getting there 30 minutes before the shipment comes in because there will be a line. my father has done this over the past couple months only a few days a week and he has come home with about a dozen 550 packs, but he buys them at $29 and sells them to people. some days you might get some, some days you wont, just bring plenty of cash because if they are nice and no one is in the line behind you and there is more 550 packs, then they might let you buy multiple! if you want 22, you might need to go to great lengths to get it! DipCope Report post Posted February 16, 2014 I picked up two 100rd boxes yesterday at 10.99 a box. The guy working the counter said it was the first .22 he has had in over a month.

Couzer Report post Posted February 24, 2014 />Or just buy one and leave some for other people.. That's the problem these days. Everyone wants to buy it all. It's a free market brotha, buy and sell, give, or share. That's what makes this country so great! We don't want Obama to step in and regulate.
bonecollector777 Report post Posted February 24, 2014 I didn't say anything about government regulations on how much ammo you can buy. I simply stated a fact that ammo hoarders are the reason there is no .22 ammo. A guy goes in and sees 5 boxes so he calls his mom, dad, son, brother, and grandma and tells them to come down quick and buy it all for him. Then he locks it away and never uses it or sells it for 5 times as much as he bought it and when the average guy comes in that wants to go plinking with his kids comes in 5 minutes later there Is none for him. I'm not saying you can't buy it all but just because you can doesn't make it right.
PatrickJr Report post Posted February 24, 2014 and for every guy that hoards the ammo, there is 4 guys that buy as much as they can because there kids love shooting and go through ammo fast and 22 is the cheapest way to go
bonecollector777 Report post Posted February 24, 2014 Doubt that. . Anyone that is buying it is selling it and those that are actually using it for fun are using it sparingly because they never know when they will see it again.
