End of Deer Season

Due to work, this weekend was the end of deer season for me. I had another great time in the Santa Ritas, saw a few of the bigger Coues I scouted, but no shots offered, passed on a few bucks I probably should have taken, they will be bigger next year!!! Helped a few CWT.com members with info, found a great spot for Kidso to call bears from(if he likes the bear to be CLOSE hehehe) and really enjoyed my Hunts this year, simple brush-blinds or still-hunting through prime terrain, the tree-stands never left the truck this year.

 

It was nice to not be tied-down to just a few locations and be able to just roam where ever I wanted to hunt and while I didnt even take a shot, the time spent in the Santa Ritas was payment enough...
