SwampMafia Report post Posted January 22, 2014 If you can't get into knoll, willow springs is always accessible unless there is snow. There is a mile long back road that takes you to the southern part of the lake at mile marker 284 I believe and it's never fenced off or closed. Just a suggestion if knoll lake fails.
