Flatlander Report post Posted January 4, 2014 Regardless, how could someone have been sure they were legally hunting without the season being posted prior to the hunt opening. Had I been elk hunting and stopped by azgfd I don't think "it was open last year" would be an acceptable excuse had they decided to discontinue the hunt. bonecollector777 Report post Posted January 5, 2014 Maximus the 4B rifle tag and 3C tag switch out every year. This year there is a muzzle loader tag in 4B. It will switch to muzzleloader in 3C next year. and thank goodness they dropped tag numbers in 4B for archery and the late hunt.
