Coues Kid Report post Posted December 31, 2013 So a few years back I received a pair of binos as a gift they're the older model of Zeiss 10x40 B they work great but have wear and tear on them can I send these in to be refurbished? Call Zeiss customer service, get a service number, send optics in, they will evaluate and call you with the estimated costs, OK the repairs and they will have them back to you in no time.
