Cabela's Alaskan Guide Tent with Fiberglass Poles – 8-Person ???

Hello, I just purchased at the store a

Cabela's Alaskan Guide® Geodesic Tent with Fiberglass Poles – 8-Person

I am just wanting to know if I made a mistake and should of spent the extra $200 and got the Aluminum poles instead of the fiberglass ones? Any feedback would be appreciated. $200 is a lot to spend on heavier duty poles I thought but know I am second guessing my purchase.

I have the fiberglass on the same tent and haven't had any trouble. The biggest difference is the weight, and this is definitely not a backpacking tent so I haven't worried about it. The tent is bullet proof, I have been amazed at how it will hold up in the wind. I love mine.

So I take it I made the right choice..

I've got one with fiberglass poles, no issues. Great tent. I have heard nice things about the aluminum poles however.
