Using a Fill Flash

Took this sunrise pic in NM last year on a coues hunt. Did not use a flash. Exposed on the sky.

 

Then I used a fill flash for the same pic, still exposing on the sky. Much better results, IMO, with the foreground illuminated but not overpowering.
