rph Report post Posted November 21, 2013 I was up there two weeks ago doing some scouting and saw lots of cows. There were several elk that I was unable to tell if they were bulls or cows because it was so thick and just didn't get a great look at them. I didn't want to spook them too much so I didn't put much effort into going after them. I've spent all my time in the western half of the unit.
