SwarovskiCoues Report post Posted November 19, 2013 just got back from the muzzleloader hunt in 6a an we couldnt find squat!! we walked our asses off and only found 3 bulls an we shot one. any suggestions? its very very quiet up there right now, no elk in spots they are always in, very unusual. kind of stuck on what to do, thanks. naturegirl Report post Posted November 19, 2013 3 bulls on a late hunt in 6a is pretty good if you ask me. Late hunts are hard. keep on looking. The elk haven't moved much yet so they are still in their typical locations (at least what I've seen and I just got back from 9 days in 6a on my whitetail hunt). We leave end of week to head up to 6a for my husband's archery bull hunt. We will be hunting the upper part of the unit because the bulls are still there.
