CraigK Report post Posted November 17, 2013 I was blessed with the opportunity to hunt with my Dad this year. The morning started out with a flat tire which meant arriving late to our spot, but things definitely got better. We glassed up seven bucks within about 45 minutes of glassing and decided to chase after this guy. He was way off when I first found him so we jumped the ridge and closed the distance to 610 yards. This is where my dad made an amazing shot. He used my Rem 700 7mm mag which was rebuilt last year by Kyle from Craigs Custom Rifles. Thanks to Kyle, it was a blast getting this gun ready to shoot and my Dad was extremely comfortable shooting it at long distances.
