Hunter716971 Report post Posted November 11, 2013 My two boys were drawn for the late November Jr. Hunt in unit 33. I have a buddy who hunts there quite a bit and he has given me some areas to look at, but I was wondering if anyone has ever been in there for the late jr hunt before and can tell me what areas are good for glassing. Their tags are for either whitetail or muley. I would pefer the whitetail. so any suggestions would be very helpful. thanks
Tines Report post Posted November 11, 2013 If your buddy hunts there "quite a bit" then it sounds like you're covered. Go to his spots and you'll probay find deer. Good luck to your boys!
Xforcebaby Report post Posted November 11, 2013 Go hunt the Biosphere. Turn on Saddlebrook rd off oracle road and turn left at guard shack. Turn left at green gate and follow well traveled road to the east. Park at end of road and go east to big "bowl". Many quality bucks and not much pressure for some reason. Both mulies and wt's run in this area. Good luck and let us know what you see.

Hunter716971 Report post Posted November 11, 2013 Thanks for the input. They also have javalina tags for that same time, so I'm sure they will do well.
