TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted June 22, 2004 Being a treestand hunter I have developed the opinion that with coues deer at least, the moon phase has little or no affect. I have had coues deer come into my salt all day long during a full moon phase day and vice versa. I do know that the spotlighting is much better for elk on a full moon night though.
