Payson Area Processor?

Recommended Posts

Hey all – new guy here. Great info resource and have been enjoying reading about everyone’s hunts.

Optimistic planning here, anyone have any recent experience with a Payson or nearby area game processor since Brownings is apparently no more? Cutting Edge’s site refers you to Ron Beuhring and Noah Sarnowski. Also found Malapai Meat over in Taylor – anyone have any experience with any of those or other recommendations? Appreciate any help.

I have used both over the years. Excellent service from both. Used Noah most recently, very happy with their service. You need to give them a call though, just to make sure they have room. If you don't have their numbers I can probably find them.

You won't meet a better person and quality worker than Noah. Great, clean facility. Hands down a great processor.

I've used Deer Creek Processing, down the hill near Rye. Years ago I used a guy and his wife with a shop behind his house, up behind the airport. Only did boneless. He did a good job. Don't know if he is still in business. I'm thinking his name was Ron (?)

Do Ron or Noah do anything other than standard cuts like maybe sausage or sticks? If so, is it good?

Last year Noah was mixing breakfast sausage. I am not sure if he does sticks or summer sausage. You might see if charlies in town does it..... not sure though.
