parrita58 Report post Posted November 6, 2013 Last week I was fortunate to help my brother in law with his mulie hunt in which he was successful and I got to bring some meat home. I used some of the meat to make Carne Seca or beef jerky. I rubbed it with garlic pepper and SalT and others I added CHILTEPIN to add a Nice kick to it.
