Lost pack tripod &spotting scope unit 23

A friend of mine lost a pack with a tripod and Outdoorsman pistol grip head attached to a Nikon spotting scope. He lost it on the 486 rd. just south of the Buzzard Roust Ranch on Thursday afternoon (10-24). This equipment does belong to a youth hunter and was lost out of the back of a ranger.
