WTB vehicle for my 17yr old

Recommended Posts

I am looking for a reliable truck for my 17 year old son. Preferably 4wd. I know I am not going to get anything spectacular for what I can spend. So please let me know if anyone has anything for 2000$.

Thanks.

dang just sold my dodge Dakota 4x4 a few months ago, dang thing never got stuck and the camper made for easy quick camping, should look into Dakota v6 or tacomas for a 17 yr old, hard to break these smaller trucks

I am going to be selling my Toyota Xtra Cab soon. It is a 1994, 4X4, 5 Speed. Has new tires 31x10.5 and a shell to match paint. It only has 159, 000 miles on it with a V6. I was thinking it would be perfect for a high school kid. However, I will need to get more than $2000 out of it. I haven't decided on a price, but I am thinking more on the lines between 4 and 5,000.

Jimmy - a friend is in the process of putting this truck up for sale. There's been a good amount of work on it to get it ready to sell. They haven't given me all the details so post it for them yet but something for you to consider. They're thinking somewhere around $3,500.
