jim Report post Posted September 29, 2013 There was nothing fishy at all about the story besides in the minds of the ones that guy's that think that way. I know some hunters that would not even realize what they had killed a giant because they don't get into scores at all. However if you hang around drama and think your opinion matters I guess everything is questionable.
Coues79 Report post Posted September 29, 2013 />Nothing good ever comes from posting a big animal on any website. Many people don't share. Especially anymore. Exactly my thoughts. I've lost interest in ever posting any pictures on this site anymore after reading what can come from it.

trphyhntr Report post Posted September 30, 2013 however i guess maybe it is a little odd that someone would kill a potential new World Record and not even bother to show anyone. are we sure it was 200?
Coach Report post Posted September 30, 2013 This is a great site. I hope we can keep it that way by being postive and avoiding jumping to conclusions every time we hear about a great buck or bull. That has been the downfall of so many sites, and I truly hope it doesn't happen here. It's up to the members here to hold the high ground.
JOEDKILLA Report post Posted September 30, 2013 I agree with trphyhtr it just struck me as odd. Not judging or anything, there could be many reasons why. Lets just hope for the sake of such a great trophy that its a good one. I've seen the rack and i'ts SOLID. On a different note, this just shows how these southern units have the potential to grow exceptional mulies. Too bad they're not managed for that! Well said coach! Eagle Eye Report post Posted September 30, 2013 />Haha here we go. . everybody gonna get their panties in a wad about a couple people questioning something that sounds fishy. Cry about if you like. Write in BIG LETTERS and make it seem like you're SO angry. But if something sounds fishy then I am going to post what I think about it. If I killed a buck like that and people started saying it was poached or whatever and didn't know the story I really wouldn't care because I would know it was legal. And that's all that matters. If people don't wanna post their pictures on here that's their choice. If they have a legitimate story with it no one questions it. But when something like this comes up people will question it. Kinda like the big deer killed a couple weeks ago out of the Grand Canyon National park. If someone hadn't of posted a picture of that buck eating off the side of the highway in the park no one would have ever questioned the story. So as long as fishy stories pop up I'll keep questioning them and if you guys don't like it it's your choice to get offended or not. people don't post anymore cuz of people like this guy.
