Anyone Done Any Research On .17 Hornet???

I'm thinking of getting one in a CZ Varmint. Actually positive just a question of when. Other than the current rip off for components. Could possibly be swayed to .17 Rem. Anyone have any real world experience on varmints?

Yes. 20gr. bullet at 3000 ft./sec.

Probably will stay away from that then. Would rather be able to reload. Bad enough components are hard to come by. But once ya get them acquired. Ya don't have to depend on anybody. No more rim fire rollercoaster for me. Might go with the .17 Rem. Because of the Hornet component sharade with brass.
