Guest oneshot Report post Posted September 16, 2013 Tecate and apple sauce marinade Pork Loin cooked over smokey mesquite and charcoal, carmelised acorn squash (butter and brown sugar), twice baked potatoes (Ancho chilli powder, butter, salt/pepper, parm cheese), sour dough bread and Chocolate Spiced Rum Raisin Balls ( 1 1/2cups confect sugar, 4tbs coco powder, raisins soaked in rum, 1/4cup Rum, 2tbs honey, 2 1/2 cups of vanilla wafers crushed,dash of cinnimon, rolled in confect sugar)... (Yeah DesertBull, there's a 1/4cup of Capt. Morgan rum in these hehehehe)... Not really wild food, except the mesquite, but WOW what a great meal and plus 100's from the GF...
