Critter Report post Posted September 15, 2013 I almost hit him. I was s.bound on 89 in heavy downpour and slowed just in time as he was running N. bound. Same dog. I called my wife and she called animal patrol. they said they had several other calls about this dog. glad he didn't get hit by a car. Hope he finds his owner.
