Travel Agent for Africa?

I'm planning my first trip to Africa for next summer and I was wondering if those of you who went used a travel agent. If so, do you have a travel agent you'd recommend?

You may have already found someone but I have always used Lori Ginn of Travel Express (406) 363-0883, 800-808-4868 she will take care of everything including stay overs, etc. the last time we went, during our stay, one of our return flights were canceled and moved up by 6 hours. she called the outfitter to get in touch with me to tell me of the change. I didn't expect that.
