Everyone now knows that I will shoot only when I'm ready period. +1 on what Naturegirl posted, especially number 5. Don't get aggressive when it's time to shoot, let her take her time and make a great shot. If the shot doesn't feel right to her, don't push her to take the shot. Rushing her and yelling at her to shoot, won't help the buck get killed. I find that most women hunters are very calm and collected when it comes time to shoot and they wait until they feel just right about the shot. Most men on the other hand seem to rush things and get very excited at the time to shoot, which often results in missed shots or requiring multiple shots to kill the animal.
