muleskinner Report post Posted August 21, 2013 Wish him nothing but the best in his pesonal health struggles. Disorientation can be caused by any number of things. Lust for power, desire to exert control over others, fear of independence from gov't entitlements, the list can go on and on. Seems to be in the water in state capitols, Washington, D.C., and other places where liberal democrats tend to congregate. Once it is contracted it seems to resist all efforts to remedy .
