scoutm Report post Posted August 19, 2013 My experience with them has been great. The turn arounds were very good but are impacted by the time of year. The closer to hunting season the longer it takes as more guy are having them address problems. My focus knob is very has a grainy/sand feeling to it, the Zeiss emblem fell off of the focus knob and I have two black spots in the right side objective (on the inside I believe?) it maybe warranty or not, not sure?
