ROMOCASADOR Report post Posted August 13, 2013 Anybody try these yet. I bought a pack and shot the practice tip and it flew good out to 90yds. Thinking of using them on my elk hunt.

ROMOCASADOR Report post Posted August 13, 2013 Right on two good notes. Hope I can say they do well on elk. I will soon find out.
GotBowAz Report post Posted August 13, 2013 ROMOCASADOOR, I haven't shot these yet, but by looks of the new design those broad heads should do just fine on Elk with a 450 grain arrow or better. Wide blades take a little more oomph but when they have the right momentum they will leave one heck of a hole. Good luck with your hunt. I hope to see you post up gory entrance and exit holes with a smile! GBA

prowlerMan Report post Posted March 24, 2014 Did you end up getting one? If so how did it work on elk?
QCwtAddict Report post Posted March 24, 2014 My brother used one. Hit the bull at about 40 yards, double lung, the bull ran about another 60 yards and piled up. I don't think it was a complete pass through, seems like it hit a rib on the exit side that stopped it.
