CouesWhitetail Report post Posted August 16, 2013 Charcoal or charred wood (if you live in an area that burned you can just grab some from the forest) is great for absorbing odors..... We used charred wood from Mt Graham to help get rid of odors in the refrigerators in the USFS cabins on mt Graham. worked great!! have used regular charcoal briquettes when at home.
