My Rights As An American Report post Posted August 7, 2013 Yeah, I know what you mean! I was lucky enough to harvest two this year and made about 100 brats total out of all of it. After giving quite a bit to friends and family and eating the rest, I am down to about 10 brats left! Need to take out some elk meat and turn it into brats, then smoke it!!!
