Do really need 20 Stickys?

Recommended Posts

Most are so old there have been no new posts since last year. Can we get them put into one folder? I don't know what browser everyone uses but I use Google and when I load the first page in the Campfire I get 20 Stickys and 10 posts.

Sure, I suppose we can thin them out. But it always surprises me anyone even notices. You don't have to scroll through the topic lists to view the forum. Use the "View New Content" text link in upper right of the forum. When you do that, it returns a listing of all the currently active threads throughout all the subforums. You don't have to scroll down the lists of threads in each subforum to see what's new. View New Content saves lots of time and makes it much easier to read only the new content. Also, when you use View New Content, you can select whatever time period you want it to cover....look in the menu on the left side of the screen after you hit View New Content. You will see options for returning active threads since your last visit, or in the last 24 hours, or last two weeks, or last year, etc. Very handy for seeing what is new in the forum.

I don't know how you would find anything without using "view new content"

I don't either! I can't imagine trying to read this forum without View New Content. There are just way too many posts everyday to try and scroll through each subforum.

Its easy. I only check the forums I care to read. On my phone it shows when the last post was in each topic.
