Unit specific digital maps?

I know flatline etc make fantastic maps, but does anyone offer unit specific digital maps? Either loaded into a GPS' memory, or on a memory card to insert into the gps? Many times I have walked to a beautiful area thinking I was alone to have a truck or ATV 300 yards below me on a road. Or, gone over the river and through the woods when there was a road near by I could have taken.

I have this one on my garmin....free, they just ask fo a donation. No problems so far.

Also, Google Earth. The updates are usually less than a year old. If I need it in the field, I print out the appropriate areas. Also make prints off G4 maps. http://www.mappingsupport.com/p/gmap4.php?
