Range finder

Recommended Posts

Okay I know that Leica has a 1000-R model and a CRF 1600-B model. I know that the 1600does ballistics. I have a Nikon riflehunter 1000 that has INCLINE AND DECLINE (ANGLE) so when I have the angle ON it will display the TRUE distance to the target not line of sight. Now for some reason all I can find on the 1600B is that it does all this hold over crap but does not SPECIFY if it actually has incline/decline feature. So to all you out there that have the Leicas I want it simple to just press a button an it tells me TRUE distance not line of sight can the Leica do that? I can range out to 860 yards with mine (which is WAY far enough shot and would never think of taking that shot) but I love to practice and love shooting angles. To have to pull out my phone to input all this crap is nonsense. If Nikon can make this simple then why all the nonsense on the Leica 1600? Why not have just the angle button. All I want is a rangefinder that can hit pretty much anything I range (1500+) and tell me TRUE distance. Can anyone tell me where to find that model or brand?
