Flatlander Report post Posted July 31, 2013 There are plenty of wolves, and the residents of ID are not emotionally attached to them hence the liberal bag limits. They are pretty nomadic and can be tough to figure out. I saw three in the three years I spent there. If you can find a place where elk are on winter ground you will find wolves.
