JLW Report post Posted July 29, 2013 I just thought I'd reiterate how great the service is at vortex! I have had my vortex viper 10x42 HD for about 2 months now. They are far superior to anything I have ever owned. Last week I lost the eye cup rain guard covers.... I emailed the fine people at vortex asking if I could purchase some as I didn't see them on their web page. Coleen, from vortex quickly responded with: Dear Mr. Walton, Thank you for choosing Vortex Optics, I am very happy to hear you love your binoculars. Did you lose the rain guard that covers the eyecups or the rubber eyecups themselves? I can get whichever you need in the mail today free of charge if you send your address. I shipped it back and they sent me a vortex viper HS back. 2 years later, I now own 3 vortex scopes. They are great scopes for the money. Call them like they owe you money, at least that's what I tell my guys at work. LOL Seriously though, email is OK but there is nothing like talking to a real person to get things done.
