Dan H Report post Posted July 28, 2013 Canning for the year is almost done. 34 jars tomatoes 23 jars of salsa, roasted, and regular 19 Italian sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme 5 pepper,onion,tomato mix 5 watermelon rind, marashino cherry mix 5 wild blackberry jelly 6 apricot, plum jam 58 bags of Sweet corn (frozen 3 bags of roasted green chilis (frozen) All ingredients home grown, picked wild, or from local farmers. Dan H Report post Posted July 29, 2013 That's cool we enjoy the crock pot cooking wit tomatoes. We are thinkin bout; a venture into zuchinni, carrots, cauliflower mix.
