PRDATR Report post Posted July 25, 2013 I was on the 202 heading into Tempe from Mesa (6am) and ran into a wall of rain at Scottsdale road. It literally went from dry pavement to a heavy a heavy downpour. Here it is 45 minutes later and here in Tempe it is still pouring with the occasional crack of thunder to rattle the office with a flash of lightning.
