My Rights As An American Report post Posted July 23, 2013 Looks like a tank. May be a small apron that is not visible in the shade or along the edges to provide water from the tank. My guess its a tank - The shadow off the upper left quadrant says indicates it has some height to it! I would say its in 7ne --- I think I have been there - it was dry when I was there...
