Becker Report post Posted July 22, 2013 I just got done attending the Boone and Crockett 28th Big Game Awards. I met up with Josh White, Marshall Collins, Jim Reynolds, and Ryan Eustice. Great bunch of Coues Deer FREAKS!!! There are not very many instances where you can see these caliber of deer all together in one place!!! Impressive bucks to say the least. Here is pic of the Coues Deer Section..... I will list them out since the little tags are hard to read. Non-typical Category 1st Award --------Augustine Ruiz Top Row Middle Deer.......142 and 5/8!!! 2nd Award ------ Ryan Eustice Top Row Right Deer.......135 and 2/8 3rd Award -------Jim Reynolds Bottom Row Middle Deer ........127 and 6/8 Honorable Mention .........Josh White Bottom Row Right Deer........123 and 4/8 Typical Category 1st Award ---------Myself (Devin Beck) Top Row Left Deer .........123 and 5/8!!! 2nd Award--------Marshall Collins Bottom Row Left Deer..........120 and 7/8 I am extremely Honored to be able to share in this experience with such a great group of individuals. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted August 11, 2013 Outstanding!! Thanks for sharing, I was wondering how that event went! Do you know if the scores you listed are after panel judging? I measured Jim Reynolds and Ryan Eustice's bucks and I hadn't heard yet if the scores held up. There were some tricky scoring issues on those.
