Coues79 Report post Posted July 21, 2013 Grainy picture and due to this I would say a lion IMO.
sjvcon Report post Posted July 28, 2013 Lion. Photo is grainy. But I'd sure put that camera out there again and see if you can get clearer photos. Maybe a higher MP camera. If it is a Jaguar, that would be really cool.

THE RIFLEMAN Report post Posted July 28, 2013 The first pic is grainy but no "spots" due to night/infrared pic! Your pic is probably a Jaguar! IMHO!

naturegirl Report post Posted August 4, 2013 Lion, although I wish it were a jag. Hope you get more pics!
latigo11 Report post Posted August 12, 2013 We agree with Jaguar but this was not southern Arizona, this was Central Arizona. We have had lots of Lion on camera's but never seen one that look like it has spots. I know about 10 years ago a jaguar was spotted at buffalo crossing in unit 1. Jaguars can be anywhere the deer are. But I have to agree, I think it looks like a Lion.
200"mulie Report post Posted August 13, 2013 Wish it was closer to the cam for a better pic ... so for now i say lion
azoutlaw Report post Posted August 15, 2013 Lion. There was another pic on here that was same thing. But you could see the spots on the dirt as well. Just a poor quality pic Not a jag IMO.
