If you send it to the address on the application envelope, it will take extra time for them to get it to the Carefree office. This puts your ap at the bottom of he pile. I can just see them saying you didn't send it to the right address and denying your app for some reason. Last year we called the G&F office and asked about the process. They said they will accept them at either address, but the Carefree Road address, which is listed on the "leftover tags" list, goes directly to the office where they are processed, while the PO box needs to be checked then driven out to the Carefree office. I go through that every year with that poor lady, why don't they just not take incoming calls till Wednesday and then just reside to giving everyone thier results.
