Best fletching jig on the market?

Recommended Posts

I am currently using a bitzenburger jig and it works pretty well. However i'm looking for a different fletching jig that will be easier to replace single vanes as they come off, without having to re-fletch the entire arrow. Just looking to see what other jigs people like best. Any suggestions on which one to buy?

I work at Robinsons Archery in tucson and I can tell you I have fletched thousands and thousands of arrows. The best most adjustable jig are the Bitzinberger jigs. They are the most accurat consistant jigs. I've used almost every jig on the market and I have always returned to the Bitzinberger. They are the most adjustable for offset and most consistant. Fletching is time consuming and you want to make sure it's accurate and the same over large quantities of arrows. If you plan on doing a lot of arrows get two. I'm fortunate to have 6 set up on the bench. Definitely helps when I have 12 dozen arrows to fletch...
